I. Introduction:
~~~~~~~~
The MERCEDES SL 500 was build by Klaus Heyne for NFS4 and convertet by Son-Storm for gta3.
To build a car in a editor is a lot of work and hard, this work handle with respect.
The same be worth for the converting to a GTA3 car, which i make.

- game does not crash because i have made no mistakes

III. installation-instructions:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

1st Install D-Magic's Wheel Mod V2, but only if you haven't installed it
yet! No wheel will be replaced oder changed,
Wheel Mod just adds a few things that give the ability to use custom
wheels for every car!

2nd Start IMGTOOL and open GTA3.IMG. In it search for the genuine
"Idaho.dff" and rename it to "Idaho.dffbak". Now
add the "Idaho.dff" (the one included within this Zip Archive)!

3rd Close GTA3.IMG or IMGTOOL (then you gotta start IMGTOOL again) and
open the TXD.IMG file. Search for the genuine
"Idaho.txd" and rename it to "Idaho.txdbak", then add the
"Idaho.txd" (again the one included within this Zip
Archive)!

4th Open the Files "Handling.cfg"; "Carcols.dat" and "default.ide" which
you can find in the GTA3\DATA folder.

In "Handling.cfg" you search for "STALLION" and replace the whole line
with this one:
IDAHO           1845.0 2.3 4.5 1.6 0.0 0.0 -0.25 70  1.10 0.84 0.53 5 250.0 32.0 R P 11.1  0.52	0 30.0  2.0  0.13 0.2  0.7  45000 0.25 -0.18 0.5  A183		1  1
Then save and close the "Handling.cfg" file!

In "Carcols.dat" you search for "stallion" and replace the whole line
with this one:
idaho, 0,0, 8,8, 10,10, 20,20, 33,33, 40,40, 47,47, 52,52, 59,59, 74,74, 79,79, 90,90
Then save and close "Carcols.dat"!

Within "default.ide" you search for "stallion" and replace the complete
line with the following one:
91, 	idaho, 		idaho, 		car, 	IDAHO, 		IDAHO,	 		richfamily,	10, 7,	0,	89, 0.9
Then save and close "Default.ide"!

5th  You must install the Vehicles.col, to do this replace the one in the GTA3/Models/Coll Directory with the Vehicles.col from this Zip Archive!!!!

     EXTRA: If you have installed the opel speedster too and don't want to combine the colfiles, rename the Vehiclesextra.col in Vehicles.col and replace with this file the vehicles.col from
     the GTA3/Models/Coll Directory !!!! 

V. How to combine Collisionsfiles?
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You must install the Colfile! The Car don't drive perfectly if you do not! But what you can do if you have another Colfile eg. from the Flatbed with the ramp, and you will have
installed both ? Then you must combine, who you make this, you can read in the File ETutorial.htm!

VI. Replace other Cars. How To?
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This thing is only make for someone who is not a beginner on this things. In this Archive is a Vehicles.col, it is needed, that you can drive the car perfectly. But if you want to replace 
another car then the Idaho, you must change the Vehicles.col too! To make this you schould have Collisionsfileeditor, you can get it from 
http://people.freenet.de/steve-m/download.html! If you have start the Editor you should load you standart Vehicles.col from GTA3/Models/Coll! Now choose a car which you want
replace, eg. Taxi. Delete Taxi and now click on the import button. Now you should select the Vehicles.col from this Archive, now select Stallion, it appears at the End of the File, now 
rename it to Taxi and youre Done!

Internet Explorer, AOL, Winamp, ICQ,
and all the programs I forgot about :D
